The Penn & Wharton Club of Arizona and The Turnaround Management Association of Arizona ("TMA") invite you to a winetasting event by Montagne Russe Wines on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at 5:00pm at the Meet24 (located at the NW corner of 24th Street and Camelback).
Tickets will go on sale on October 9, 2023. Please check this page for future updates. Your ticket purchase will include catered hors d'oeuvres, a guided wine tasting by Kevin Bersofsky, soft drinks, and bottled water.
Special guest - Kevin Bersofsky, owner
Kevin Bersofsky is a Wharton graduate, class of 2011. A long-time executive in the wine industry (COO, CFO), he decided to launch his own winery in 2011, with some fellow Wharton students and Professors as investors. Montagne Russe specializes in high-quality Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays. Since then, the California-based winery (Healdsburg) has grown steadily, consistently receiving awards and recognition from Wine Spectator®, Wine Enthusiast®, Robert Parker, James Suckling and many others.
Kevin will visit us from California for an evening of exceptional tasting of Montagne Russe wines, paired with hors d'oeuvres. An entertaining speaker, Kevin will explain his journey as an entrepreneur, will share how COVID changed the wine industry forever, and will articulate the trends going on in the wine industry those days. And he will answer all questions you always wanted to know about wine.
