In this month's Gazette, University President Gutmann shared that Penn placed 4th in "Reuters World's Most Innovative Universities." Much of that is attributed to the work being done at the Penn Center for Innovation.
An affiliate, Penn Center for Innovation (PCI), for over eight years, has been translating ideas and discoveries invented at the University of Pennsylvania into products and services that provide economic and social benefits.
PCI Ventures provides the services and support needed to move these businesses from founding to commercial success with a number of programs from virtual incubation (UPstart), to advisory services (UPadvisors), and an annual mobile app challenge (AppitUP).
Please join us as PCI Ventures Director, Michael Poisel (WG'97) visits Arizona to discuss their various programs, portfolio companies, investment fund, and how alumni can get involved.
