The Second Annual Sedona Wine Tour
Saturday, November 12, 2022
You and a guest are invited to join us on Saturday, November 12, 2022 for an exclusive luxury tour of several vineyards along the historic and scenic Page Springs road that follows along Oak Creek south of Sedona.
The cost of the wine tour is $222 per person, which includes the $185 admission and a 20% gratuity for the driver ($37). We are also offering tickets to purchase an optional stop at the Page Springs home of Dorrit Karasek, mother to Alumni Marcia Karasek, for a catered Mexican Food dinner, margaritas, wine, beer, and more. The Karasek's home is only about 1.5 miles from the epicenter of vineyards and wineries. (For those who cannot attend dinner, we have arranged drivers to transport you back to the Best Western.) We had a wonderful dinner last year at the Karasek’s home, and they have been most gracious again to host our dinner. We hope to see you at both the wine tour and dinner!
Itinerary (subject to changes):
- 10:00am: Meet at Best Western Cottonwood Inn (address below)
- 10:30am: Wine Tour Departure
- 4:30pm: Wine Tour Complete
- 5:00pm: All guest arrive at Cottonwood Home of the Karasek's for dinner (all non-dinner guests will be transported back to Best Western Cottonwood)
- 8:30pm: Dinner Guests Return to Best Western Cottonwood
Optional Dinner $35: We will enjoy a catered Mexican food dinner, wine, and beer (and Chris' famous margaritas!) before the driver transports us back to our rendezvous point. The cost is $35, and please purchase your ticket below if you plan to join us for dinner.
Lodging Arrangements: We have coordinated with the Best Western Cottonwood Inn for the night of November 11th and 12th for the following Group Rate Discounts: King room is $188.69+tax and Casita for $235.44+tax. Please call (928) 634-5575 to book your reservation, and ask for the “Penn & Wharton Club” group discount. Please note the cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. We're told that this rate is the best, even compared to Best Western Rewards members rates.
