Not since Franklin Delano Roosevelt's first term in office has a new Presidential administration been so closely watched. Challenges of the economy, health care, America's status with foreign countries, and the historic fact that Barack Obama is the first African American elected President makes the conclusion of his first 100 days a moment to mark.

Penn scholars will analyze those 100 days from a variety of standpoints.

Diana Mutz, professor of communication and political science and director of the National Annenberg Election Survey, will discuss the tone of the electorate coming in to the inauguration.

David Grande, from the University of Pennsylvania Health System, will take a look at the Administration's handling of health care.

Brooks Jackson, director of FactCheck.org, will explain how accurate and on target the Administration's message is, and

Al Felzenberg, who developed a new method of measuring Presidential leadership, will rate the new president.

Penn's John L. Jackson, Jr. will moderate.

All broadcast live via the Internet to your PC!
